Terry has provided legal advice to hundreds of locally owned businesses and individuals for more than 30 years. His clients have ranged from large multi-state companies such as G.I. Joe's, to small family owned restaurants. His expertise includes complex contract negotiations, sale and acquisition of businesses, commercial real estate and private lender transactions, corporate affairs, shareholder disputes, and succession and estate planning for family businesses.
