Background:
Stephen Blackman was born in Fort Riley, Kansas on May 18, 1955. He received his B.A. from Portland State University in 1978 and his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1991.
Bar Memberships:
Steve was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1991. In 1992 he was admitted in Washington, the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon and the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington
Awards, Honors and Memberships:
Steve received the American Jurisprudence Award and the West Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Steve is a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association, and the Oregon State Bar.
