Background:
Paul Dodds was born in Galesburg, Illinois, on April 28, 1960 . He received his B.S. from Portland State University in 1983. He received his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1987.
Bar Memberships:
Paul is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon (1987), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Federal Circuits (1989), the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1995), and the United States Court of International Trade (2003).
Awards, Honors and Memberships:
Law clerk to the Honorable George E. Juba, United States Magistrate Judge, District of Oregon, 1987-1988. Member of Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and DRI.
