Miles is a founding partner of the firm and chairs the litigation practice group. Over the years, Miles has "worked both sides of the street," in that most of his trial work was for the defense, but his practice evolved so that now he often represents plaintiffs in a variety of claims including bodily injury and wrongful death.
Miles has tried a variety of commercial cases over the years including construction disputes, property issues, trespass claims, interference with prospective advantage, and the rights and liabilities of developers. Miles has seen the commercial litigation practice evolve from court and jury resolution to the present practice that includes mediation and arbitration. His background provides experience in each and every such venue. Miles is committed to obtaining a practical and expeditious resolution of the subject dispute for our clients.
