Jennifer regularly assists our clients on matters involving entity formation and on-going corporate maintenance, real estate transfers, and general business contracts. Jennifer's practice also emphasizes assisting our clients with creditor bankruptcy matters, construction litigation issues, employment concerns and estate planning. Jennifer also provides overall litigation support for the firm's clients.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School, where she served on the law review, Environmental Law. Before attending law school, Jennifer gained experience volunteering with AmeriCorps as an elementary school literacy coordinator.
