Greg has more than two decades of experience specializing in employee benefits and nonprofit organizations. He represents Taft-Hartley, multiemployer pension and health plans and training, and apprenticeship trusts. He advises and helps employers design pension and profit sharing plans, including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans for nonprofit organizations, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, health plans, and other employee benefit plans. Greg assists clients in obtaining determination letters from the IRS and correcting mistakes in plan operation through the IRS and Department of Labor correction programs. He has been involved in litigation related to benefits, including divorce order cases, death benefit claims, division of trust assets, collection of delinquent contributions, and bankruptcy issues.
Greg advises nonprofit organizations on tax exemption issues including initial determinations, permissible activities, and fiduciary duties of board members.
