Andy, a founding partner of the firm, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1969, and his practice has been in business related areas where he combines active business related experiences with his knowledge of governing rules and regulations. He has been particularly active in representing distribution businesses.

In addition, he has been very active with the Oregon State Bar's ethics and professionalism committees, having served on the Ethics Committee, the Disciplinary Review Committee, and the Client Security Fund Committee.
