We are a medium-sized law firm founded in 1971, presently consisting of 22 lawyers listed in the Attorney Profile section of this Website. All of our partners are long-term and active residents of our community. Our stability is unique. No partner has departed the firm (except for retirement) in the last quarter century.

The firm’s practice is centered in corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis in business, succession planning, real estate, land-use planning and environmental quality, as well as general commercial and business litigation.
